What Did Apple Get Right with the iPhone 11?

Posted on October 10, 2019October 11, 2019 by Brad Johnson

Apple’s newest iteration of its iPhone is wowing many consumers. Like we have seen with previous models, the iPhone 11 will be an easy phone for Apple to mass produce. Whereas, the iPhone X was a revolutionary design from Apple, moving away from the home button, adding facial recognition were major changes and won a lot of hearts. Well, with what they succeeded with on iPhone X, they excelled with on the iPhone 11. Keeping the same look and design of the last model, Apple just added a pastel color glass finish to the back housing.  So, what did Apple get right with the iPhone 11?

New Camera Features

The new upgraded 12MP dual-camera system they have equipped the iPhone 11 with will be able to take award winning ultra-wide-angle photos. The Selfie Camera has been upgraded to 120 fps and offers new features as well.  They’ve added a new selfie slo-mo feature (AKA the slofie) that will help improve your Snapchat game. Also, by simply turning your iPhone to landscape, your selfie camera will automatically zoom out, giving you a wider lens.  You won’t have to extend your arms out all the way to show off you and the gang.  With the ability to film and photograph in sharp 4K at 60 fps, the iPhone 11 leaves you fully equipped to tackle whatever the day throws at you.

Internal Components

iPhone 11 offers longer battery life than the iPhone XR.  Therefore, you can use your device longer throughout the day with up to 17 hours of video playback time.  They have also added fast-charge capabilities, allowing the device to charge 50% in about 30 minutes. With an A13 Bionic chipset and 4 GB of RAM the iPhone 11 is ready and equipped to help even most power users out in every scenario be it business or entertainment.

Pricing

With all the highlighted features you are probably thinking an iPhone 11 would have a retail price over $1,000.  Actually, you would be incorrect.  Apple was able to keep this model reasonably priced.  With storage capacities ranging from 64GB to 256GB, prices are starting at $699.99 and go up to $849.99.  This pricing is significantly lower than the iPhone X when it launched in November of 2017.  If you’re in the market for an iPhone, you’re in luck!  Genius Phone Repair is offering 10% more cash back when you trade in your phone.  Find a location near you to get your Genius Bonus Bucks!
